RETURN POLICY

The consumer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The Customer will be reimbursed for the sums paid, including delivery costs, upon receipt and verification of the return of his items and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.

L'Eventail de Lola may defer the refund until the items are received in our warehouse or proof of shipment of the items is received, whichever occurs first.
L'Eventail de Lola will reimburse the Customer using the same reimbursement method as that used for the initial transaction.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify L'Eventail de Lola of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement sent by mail to the following address:

In the event of cancellation by the customer, they must return the products to the registered office of Sarl

Alchimie, 9 rue Quentin Bauchart, 75008 Paris, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract to the recipient indicated on the withdrawal form. This deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods from the order before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
